Patann's Baby Shower!!!!

Wonderful Amber and Danielle threw me a baby shower for baby Patann. They did a wonderful job as they say they have never thrown one before. The truth is you would never have known it was wonderful. We had food,dessert,games, prizes and pretty decorations. My wonderful family and friends came. Thank you for coming guys and sharing in our special day. Can't wait to get her room put together. YaY!!!!!

Update!!!!

I dont have any pics to post with this but have some updates. 1. Patann is for sure a girl. YaY!!! we are so excited.. 2. we have started the back yard so hopefully that will be done soon yay i cant wait to be able to go in the back yard. jace is excited toooooooo. 3. jace new room is almost done being painted and border hung. then we can get him moved into it and start on patanns room.4. we bought bikes and a trailer to pull jace in. he loves going on bike rides. it kicks mommies butt though i am out of shape. other then all that we are just trucking along waiting for baby patann to arrive and getting stuff done around the house. my baby shower is on saturday i am soooooooooooo excited. Yay!!!!

Jace Big Boy Bed!!!!!

Well I decided to give Jace another try in his big boy bed. We got him new bedding to go with his new room which is almost done. YAY!!!!!!! It took a few hours to get him in bed and asleep and not coming back out but finally he fell asleep!!!!YAY!!!!! Here is a pic of him trying his new bed out and just loving it....

A few new things Jace is doing and saying:

Sleeping in a toddler bed

trying to say his name

Says bye bye

Says coo coo (cookie)

Says Pooh (which we are not sure what it means. lol)

He says pat pat pat and pat his legs like they do on little einstiens ( he watches it with daddy)

Jace and daddy have their own special cow kisses ( its the same as eskimo kisses)

Wow I'm drawing a blank i know there is more i just can't think of them I am so tired...

When we ask Jace where his baby sister is. He pulls up his shirt and shows us his tummy. It is sooooooooooooooooooooooo adorable!!!!

SUNDAY FUN!!!!!!

We had a blast today. We stayed home and did some yard work, had some popsicles and played in the water. Jace loved having his own popsicle. I think mommy and daddy had more fun playing in the water then Jace but it was still lots of fun to all play together.

Mommy and I had a wonderful pick nic and play date with auntie ambs and adysen at the park. It was a very fun day, we had a blast......

We played on the fire truck and bus, on the big toy, went down the slide, ran around and played in the sand.

Poor Jace got his first injury that required a trip to the doctor. Jace got nurse maid elbow which is a dislocation. He was playing with daddy and his elbow popped. Daddy feels horrible that it happened, but it was a total accident. I took Jace to the doctor and he popped it back into place and said that it is so common with children of this age for it to happen to just have to keep that in mind and be careful so that is doesnt happen again. My poor little man was in so much pain he passed out on the couch until we could go to the doctor. (that never happens my son does not just fall asleep on the couch or anywhere for that matter, thats how mommy new something was wrong). But once the doc popped it back into place you would have never known that he was hurt. It was like nothing ever happened. No Pain, using it like normal, running around playing. Mommy and Daddy were very happy that is was not anything serious. And just so you all know, if you dont know anything about nurse maid elbow you cant tell anything is wrong, he had no swelling no color change, I could move his elbow and his arm. The only thing that led me to believe anything was wrong was that he was crying(only when you moved it) and babying his arm. After talking to auntie ambers she suggested that is what it was and that he should go to the doctor. I always call nurse auntie ambers if im not sure. I am a hypo and so is daddy and nurse auntie ambers helps level that out when i have questions. She usually tells me i am a weird freaky hypo lol but always helps with my questions. I would not have known anything about nurse maid elbow if it was for auntie ambers. Thank you....
